Madi attempts to kill the creature inhabiting her mother's body, only to discover a hollowed-out husk before being attacked by the true, skeletal beast. As the house burns around them, Tuck intervenes to save Madi from being devoured, leading to a desperate struggle for survival against the flammable monster.
