Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuditionScenes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational Purpose
All scenes, monologues, and duologues on the Service are provided exclusively for educational and audition preparation purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content beyond personal educational use.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro, Institution, and Host plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account settings. All subscription payments are final. Refunds cannot be issued once content has been accessed, including but not limited to scene downloads, PDF exports, or AI tool usage. If you believe you were charged in error, contact contact@auditionscenes.com. Prices are listed in GBP, USD, and EUR depending on your region.
5. Institution & Host Accounts
Institution administrators are responsible for managing student access and ensuring appropriate use. Challenge Hosts are responsible for the content of their competitions, including rules, prizes, and participant communications.
6. User Content
By submitting self-tape videos, feedback, or resource listings, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and can remove it at any time.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or bulk-download content; or circumvent access controls or subscription requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
Scene content is attributed to its original authors and provided under fair use for educational purposes. AuditionScenes branding, design, and platform code are our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
