The New Workshop
Characters: Jesper, Klaus
Jesper attempts to convince a reclusive Klaus to return to toy-making by surprising him with a newly refurbished workshop. Klaus, initially resistant and haunted by his past, becomes increasingly agitated as Jesper enthusiastically tries to reignite his passion, leading to a tense confrontation.
Jesper's Assignment
Characters: POSTMASTER GENERAL, JESPER
Jesper, a spoiled and irresponsible young man, is confronted by his father, the Postmaster General, about his repeated failures at the Royal Postal Academy. After Jesper attempts to manipulate his way out of responsibility, his father gives him an ultimatum: establish a working postal office in the remote town of Smeerensburg and process six thousand letters within a year, or be cut off entirely.
Fresh Out of Mackerel
Characters: JESPER, ALVA
A new mailman, Jesper, stumbles into a fish shop, only to discover it's also the local school run by Alva, a disillusioned teacher. He learns about the town's bizarre feuds and Alva's desperate plan to escape her current predicament.
