Colman Domingo

Agnes and Lydie share a quiet, intimate moment as Agnes touches Lydie's stomach and they discuss the early stages of her pregnancy. The conversation shifts from humorous comparisons of the fetus's size to a mouse to the genuine fear and vulnerability Lydie feels regarding childbirth and the responsibility of motherhood.

Agnes confesses to Lydie that she borrowed a lighter from a neighbor with the intent to commit arson against a man named Decker. Lydie casually offers to commit the crime for her, leading to a deadpan negotiation about revenge before they pivot to the immediate problem of cooking hot dogs to maintain a lie.
